World renowned face and body painter Lynne Jamieson created a work of art to prepare Lily for the upcoming 2012 Lily’s Well-NESS Calendar. It is so wonderful when Lily participates in age appropriate activites that she enjoys. This is the first time getting her face painted. Thank you Lynne for graciously donating your time. [...] Liliana Tenacio at IAHP Lily spent over a week at IAHP receiving an intensive treatment. She is showing great improvement in the mobility of her left arm. We are very pleased to see her so happy and so motivated to move independently! Over the course of the week, Lily moved longer distances and more [...] Emilio and Lily on horseback! Thankyou to everyone at Equus for Humanity for a memorable time on Lily’s birthday. A special thanks to Dr. Burrows for all of her love, kindness and patience. Emilio and Lily were so beautiful on horseback. They truly enjoyed it. We all watched with excitement and tears of joy as we witnessed them participate [...] Happy Birthday Lily! November 17th is Lily’s 7th Birthday. We are very excited to share her birthday and these seven years of parenting. We want to celebrate her life with…many more than seven ways she has positively impacted our life: She loves her family She has given us a sense of what really matters [...] Getting ready for Lily’s IEP takes place twice a year. Lily is a hospital home-bound student for Broward County. At the IEP meeting, academic, physical and social goals for Lily are discussed for the school year. Her teacher and 3 therapists will be present or via telephone. Consultants for vision and Deaf and Hard of Hearing [...] Lily loves her new program walking 3x daily in her gravity assisted environment. This is the best part of the day. Lily you are so beautiful walking! Lily walks to Roy Lily has experienced something today that most children look forward to. Loosing your first tooth is always exciting for kids and a call for celebration. Lily lost her first tooth today! This was a moment of smiles and joy for all of us, especially Lily.
